La pluie est revenue, le jardin et la jardinière sont bien heureux. Les abeilles un peu moins….
The rain has finally reappeared much to the garden’s delight but the bees aren’t so happy…
Juste avant la pluie j’ai pris quelques photos du jardin. Dernièrement Je vous ai montré le blanc du jardin. Place maintenant à la couleur. I took a few photos just before the rain and I recently I showed some white blossoms here on the blog. Now it’s time for a bit of colour.

Le sedum Matrona se trouve à trois endroits dans le jardin. Avec ses tiges pourpres bien robustes il domine la scène. Ici en début de floraison :

Une plante très sociable il s’accorde avec tout le monde. Ici avec le physocarpus Diable en Or. But in reality it’s highly sociable and gets on with all other plants.

Avant la pluie le jardin était assoiffé et terne et ces quelques touches de couleur étaient les bienvenues. Maintenant le jardin peut boire tout son soûl mais il ne faudrait pas que ça dure trop longtemps, hein. La jardinière commence déjà à trépigner d’impatience 😉 Before the rain the scorched and wilting garden was a dull sight so these bright splashes of colour were most welcome. Now the garden can drink to its heart’s content but not for too long ,eh! The gardener is beginning to get itchy feet and fingers 😉
