Nous sommes revenus de la Nouvelle Zélande à la mi-janvier. Voici enfin une petite sélection de photos de notre voyage merveilleux. We’ve been back home since mid-January and here at last are some photos of our wonderful trip.
Comme l’année dernière nous étions basés à Wellington(île du nord) où habitent notre fille et sa famille. Comme l’année dernière nous sommes tous allés passer une bonne semaine dans l’île du sud, cette fois-ci dans le Fjordland. Like last year we were based in Wellington (north island) staying with our daughter and her family. Like last year we all went to spend just over a week in the South island, this time in Fjordland

Passage sous une cascade qui, selon la légende, nous rajeunit de dix ans. Je ne vous dis pas l’effet sur Happy Api! Sailing under a waterfall which apparently knocks ten years off your age. You should see Happy Api now!
Sur la route de retour nous avons fait la connaissance du kea, un perroquet natif de la Nouvelle Zélande qui est très sociable. On the way back we met this extremely sociable kea, a native parrot of NZ
Notre voyage dans l’île du sud était vraiment formidable. Je suis tombée amoureuse de Fjordland ….une région fabuleuse. L’atterissage à l’aéroport de Queenstown et le décollage pour repartir vers l’île du nord n’étaient pas franchement ma tasse de thé mais je ne vais pas faire la chochotte! Our trip to the South Island was absolutely fantastic. Fjordland is such an amazing part of NZ. Mind you I could have done without the terrifying landing and take-off from Queenstown airport. Did I hear somebody say sissy?
